Additional Interpreter Services at ICA

In recognition of the growing diversity of people utilizing ICA’s services, we are happy to announce we’ve secured additional interpreter support for those who visit the food shelf.

Through fluent speaking volunteers, ICA is now able to effectively communicate with our neighbors in the following languages:
Tuesday mornings: Somali
Wednesday mornings: Russian and Spanish
Thursday mornings: Spanish

If your preferred language is represented above, please schedule your appointments accordingly. Appointments can be made by calling (952) 938-0729 and interpreter phone support is available if needed.

As demand for food shelf appointments has increased significantly, we're excited to begin offering shopping hours to our neighbors on both the first and third Saturdays of the month. The Saturday hours will be from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and start on June 18. With the uptick in service requests, please schedule your appointment well in advance.
