ICA is proud to announce a new collaboration with the City of Hopkins that will provide easily accessible employment tech support throughout the fall. Starting September 8, a volunteer from ICA will be at the Hopkins Activity Center to help members of the community search for their perfect position. Specifically, individuals can receive assistance with online job searching, creating a resume and submitting applications.
The Hopkins Activity Center has created a dynamic space with computers and meeting tables where ICA employment staff can assist those that stop by.
“In today’s world, job seekers need to use technology to find and apply for jobs,” explains ICA Employment Consultant Kerri Fischer.
Employment assistance will be offered every Wednesday afternoon from 1:00 to 3:00 P.M. in the HAC Computer Nook on a walk-in basis. The final date is set for November 24.
