Big Island and Back is set for a return to the traditional winter course on Lake Minnetonka. Participants can cross-country ski (classic or skate), snowshoe, or bike the groomed course from Excelsior Beach around Big Island and back. A portion of proceeds will go toward supporting ICA Food Shelf.
